• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery is 4–7 business days within the United States.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lunoria is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at help@get-Lunoria.com. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
